Terms of Service
These terms cover use of Asrè Salon Suite by businesses, their staff and their clients.
The service
Asrè Salon Suite provides online booking, calendar, client-record, reminder, loyalty and reporting tools. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Accounts and roles
You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for the actions of accounts you create. Owners, managers and staff receive different levels of access.
Your data and your clients
You remain responsible for the lawful collection and use of your clients' data, including consent for marketing messages and for any treatment or consultation records you store.
Subscriptions and payments
Software subscriptions are billed monthly on the website and can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Appointment deposits and salon payments are taken by the salon through Stripe and are governed by that salon's own booking and cancellation policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another business's data, or send unsolicited marketing through it.
Ending your agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Questions: hello@websitesbyasre.com.
