Pricing questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Plan & billing inside Salon Suite. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens when my trial finishes?
After 14 days your account stays safe but becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted and your bookings and client records remain intact.
Are SMS and WhatsApp messages included?
SMS and WhatsApp integrations are available on eligible plans. Message usage may be charged separately depending on the provider and country, and you always see your allowance before messages are sent.
Do you charge commission on appointments?
No. We never take commission on bookings made through your own Salon Suite booking page.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I add more staff or locations?
Each plan includes a set number of team members and locations. When you reach the limit, Salon Suite shows a friendly upgrade prompt instead of blocking your work. Larger groups can request a tailored package.
Do you support the UK, Turkey and Northern Cyprus?
Yes. Choose your country and your currency, time zone and date format follow automatically.
Can I pay in GBP or Turkish lira?
Yes. UK businesses are billed in GBP and businesses in Turkey or Northern Cyprus are billed in TRY. Your billing region is confirmed from your business details at checkout.
Is VAT or tax included?
Listed prices exclude VAT/tax. Any tax that applies to your country and business details is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Can you transfer information from my existing system?
Data-import assistance is available on the Group plan and for tailored packages, subject to review of your export files.
Will there be an iPhone and Android app?
Asrè Salon Suite is being prepared for iOS and Android. Until the apps are officially approved and published, Salon Suite remains fully accessible through its mobile-friendly web application.
Is customer support available in English and Turkish?
Yes. Our team answers in both English and Turkish.

Do I need a website already?
No. Your booking page works on its own and can live in your Instagram bio. If you have a website by Asré, we connect it in minutes.
Can my clients book in Turkish?
Yes. Your booking page, confirmations and reminders can be shown in English or Turkish, and each client can have their own preference.
Will it stop no-shows?
It reduces them. Automatic reminders, deposits and clear cancellation policies do most of the work, and no-shows are tracked on each client record.
Can my team have their own logins?
Yes. Owners, managers, receptionists and staff each see the right level of information.
Can I move over from paper or another system?
Yes. Add your services and team in the setup steps and start taking bookings the same day.
