Privacy Policy

Asrè Salon Suite is booking and business-management software for beauty businesses. Each salon is the controller of its own client records; we process that data on their behalf. Contact: hello@websitesbyasre.com.

• Account data — name, email, password hash, role, business membership (required).
• Business data — salon name, locations, opening hours, services, prices, staff.
• Client records — name, contact details, appointment history, notes, patch-test and consultation information entered by the salon (some of this may be health-related).
• Messaging preferences — email, SMS and WhatsApp consent, language preference.
• Payment data — deposit and subscription references. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
• Technical data — sign-in timestamps, error logs, device/app version.

To create and secure accounts, take and manage bookings, send confirmations and reminders, run loyalty features, process payments, provide support and improve the service. Marketing messages are only sent where consent has been given, and consent is never pre-selected.

Data is stored in our managed database (Supabase infrastructure), with row-level security separating each business. Processors include Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp) — used only to deliver the features above.

Account and business data is kept while the account is active. After account closure, records are deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except where we must retain financial records for legal or tax purposes.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@websitesbyasre.com, or by using the account-deletion page and the deletion option in your account settings.

The service is intended for business users aged 18 or over.
