Delete your account
You can ask us to permanently delete your Asrè Salon Suite account at any time.
How to request deletion
Email hello@websitesbyasre.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and your salon name. We confirm the request, then delete within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your login and profile
- Your business, locations, services, staff and opening hours
- Client records, notes, appointment history and loyalty balances
- Reminder settings and message logs
What we must keep
Payment and invoice records are retained for the period required by UK tax law, held separately from your operational data.
Before you delete
Export anything you need first — deletion is permanent and we cannot restore records afterwards. Cancel your subscription in Salon Suite → Billing to stop further charges.
